The Hidden Damage Your Concrete Is Suffering Right Now

Unsealed concrete absorbs water, salt, and oil every single season. Each winter, moisture freezes and expands inside the surface, quietly widening cracks. Each summer, UV rays fade and erode what’s left.

By the time damage is visible, the repair bill is already painful. A wash and seal costs a fraction of what cracked concrete costs to fix or replace.

Concrete replacement costs $10,000 to $50,000+. A seal every 2 years costs far less. Don’t wait until you have no choice.

What Every Wash and Seal Includes

This isn’t a quick rinse and spray. Every job is a thorough clean and seal from start to finish.

High-Pressure Wash

Commercial equipment strips all dirt, stains, oil, and algae. Your surface is fully clean before a drop of sealer goes on.

2-Coat Premium Sealer

Two coats of commercial-grade sealer for deeper protection. Most companies apply one. We apply two.

Shark Grip Non-Slip Additive

Mixed into every application so your surface stays safe and slip-free when wet.

Full Surface Cleanup

We leave your property cleaner than we found it. All debris blown off surrounding surfaces before we pack up.

The concrete looks like glass, showing off its natural beauty. People walk by and stop to look, compliment, some come by to take their shoes off to see how smooth it feels on their feet lol. What Sealing Actually Does For Your Concrete

Sealing adds a protective layer that keeps your concrete stronger, cleaner, and looking new.

Stops Cracks Before They Start

Water gets in, freezes, and expands. Sealing blocks moisture so freeze-thaw cycles can't crack your surface from the inside out.

Prevents Salt and Chemical Damage

De-icing salts destroy unsealed concrete fast. Sealing creates a barrier that keeps chemicals on the surface.

Restores Colour and Appearance

Faded, dull concrete looks old before its time. A fresh seal brings the colour back with a clean, even finish.

Makes Cleaning Effortless

Oil, dirt, and algae stay on the surface. A quick hose down handles most messes in minutes.

Extends Concrete Lifespan

Concrete costs $50,000+ to replace. Sealing every 2 years dramatically slows deterioration and protects your investment.

Boosts Curb Appeal Instantly

Your driveway is the first thing people see. A clean sealed surface signals a well-maintained home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

Yes, sealing your concrete is important! Concrete is porous, meaning it can absorb water, oils, salts, and chemicals that can cause damage.

In cold climates, the expansion of frozen liquids can lead to cracks, while chemicals like salt can stain and break down the surface.

Sealing your concrete will:

  • Protect it from water, oils, and salt damage
  • Extend the lifespan of your surface
  • Keep it looking fresh and new for longer

No, sealing won’t make your surface slippery. We mix Shark Grip into our sealer, an additive that helps provide extra traction.

This means your driveway and patio will stay safe, even when wet or snowy.

The cost of sealing depends on several factors, including:

  • Surface size: How large or small is the area to be sealed?
  • Cleaning and preparation: Does the surface need extra cleaning or trimming, like removing grass or weeds from the edges?
  • Condition of the concrete: Are there any oil spots or stains that need extra attention?
  • Application: How much handwork is involved when applying the sealer?
  • How much sealer is needed: Will the surface require more sealer for proper coverage?
  • Previous sealing: When was the last time the concrete was sealed?

We’ll assess your driveway and provide a free, no-obligation quote with a clear breakdown of the work involved.

Here’s what you need to do before we arrive:

Step 1: High-Pressure Wash

  • Move vehicles: Park your car one or two spots away from the driveway to keep it clear.
  • Remove items: Clear patio furniture, flower pots, or any other obstacles from the surface.
  • Disconnect BBQ: Let us know if you have a hard hook-up natural gas BBQ that needs to be disconnected.
  • Turn off irrigation: Make sure your irrigation system is off, but keep access to your outdoor water hookup available.
  • Lawn care: Avoid cutting your lawn after the surface is washed and for 24 hours after we seal.
  • Parking permit: In Burlington and some areas, you may need a temporary parking permit for the duration of the wash and seal process.

Step 2: Sealing

  • Turn off irrigation: Ensure your irrigation system is off before sealing.
  • Avoid parking: Please don’t park on the surface after it’s washed.

Curing time:

  • Foot traffic: 4-10 hours.
  • Vehicles: 24-48 hours for proper curing before using your driveway again.

Once we arrive, we’ll handle the cleaning and sealing to protect your concrete and restore its appearance!

Sealing makes your concrete look cleaner and newer.

It brings out the natural color and adds a slight sheen while protecting it from stains, dirt, and water damage.

You can walk on your driveway 4–10 hours after sealing.

For cars, furniture, and other heavy items, wait 24–48 hours to let it fully dry.

To keep your sealed concrete in good shape during winter:

  • Avoid salt and de-icers – They can break down the sealer and wear out concrete. Use sand instead for traction without causing damage.
  • Use the right tools for shoveling – A plastic shovel or snow blower helps prevent scratches.
  • Rinse it off in spring – A quick wash clears away any leftover sand and keeps your driveway clean.

We provide a full range of services to clean, protect, and restore your outdoor surfaces:

Concrete Sealing – Deep washing, high-quality sealers, and a streak-free application to keep your concrete looking its best.

Pressure Washing – Powerful 4000 PSI cleaning that removes dirt, stains, and mildew from driveways, patios, and more.

Interlock Restoration – Deep cleaning, new joint sand, and premium sealing to revitalize and stabilize interlock bricks.

Concrete Sealer Removal – Need to strip an old or failing sealer? We safely remove it to prepare for a fresh application.

Concrete Installation – From driveways to patios, we install durable, high-quality concrete surfaces.

Stone & Mulch Glue – Keep stones and mulch in place with a strong adhesive that prevents shifting and erosion.

Sand Blasting – A powerful method to remove coatings, rust, and buildup from various surfaces.
