Move your vehicles, clear any furniture or obstacles, and turn off your irrigation. Takes about 10 minutes.

We Deep Clean the Surface

We strip all dirt, stains, oil, and algae off the surface. Avoid parking on it and keep irrigation off while it dries.

We Seal and Clean Up

Two coats of commercial-grade sealer with Shark Grip additive. We clean up the site and you’re done.

Will sealing make my concrete surface slippery?

No, sealing won’t make your surface slippery. We mix Shark Grip into our sealer, an additive that helps provide extra traction.

This means your driveway and patio will stay safe, even when wet or snowy.

How much does it cost to seal my driveway?

The cost of sealing depends on several factors, including:

Surface size: How large or small is the area to be sealed?

How does the sealing process work?

Here’s what you need to do before we arrive:

Step 1: High-Pressure Wash

Move vehicles: Park your car one or two spots away from the driveway to keep it clear.
Remove items: Clear patio furniture, flower pots, or any other obstacles from the surface.
Disconnect BBQ: Let us know if you have a hard hook-up natural gas BBQ that needs to be disconnected.
Turn off irrigation: Make sure your irrigation system is off, but keep access to your outdoor water hookup available.
Lawn care: Avoid cutting your lawn after the surface is washed and for 24 hours after we seal.
Parking permit: In Burlington and some areas, you may need a temporary parking permit for the duration of the wash and seal process.

Step 2: Sealing

Turn off irrigation: Ensure your irrigation system is off before sealing.
Avoid parking: Please don’t park on the surface after it’s washed.

Curing time:

Foot traffic: 4-10 hours.
Vehicles: 24-48 hours for proper curing before using your driveway again.

How will my sealed concrete look?

Sealing makes your concrete look cleaner and newer.

It brings out the natural color and adds a slight sheen while protecting it from stains, dirt, and water damage.

When can I walk or drive on my sealed surface?

You can walk on your driveway 4–10 hours after sealing.

For cars, furniture, and other heavy items, wait 24–48 hours to let it fully dry.

How can I take care of my sealed surface in the winter?

To keep your sealed concrete in good shape during winter:

Avoid salt and de-icers – They can break down the sealer and wear out concrete. Use sand instead for traction without causing damage.
Use the right tools for shoveling – A plastic shovel or snow blower helps prevent scratches.
Rinse it off in spring – A quick wash clears away any leftover sand and keeps your driveway clean.
